Plastic Surgeons

Interview with Dr. Sikorski

To do my best every day.

I enjoy listening to classical music, opera, visiting art museums, theatre, culinary events and spending time with my teenagers.

I am on the staff of multiple hospitals, and I donate time for skin cancer screenings. I provide community talks on multiple topics, and am constantly attending meetings to enhance my skills.

First of all, we are in this life together to be supportive of each other. Caring is a fundamental part of being human.

My major interest is in preventing cancer, early detection, and minimally invasive procedures to cure cancer.

I love how when you follow your passions you continue to evolve. First- Art, ranked tennis player, Psychology major, Medical school, and then combing it all into Cosmetic Surgery, Dermatology, and Laser specialties. Can you imagine a better marriage of interests and aptitudes? Cosmetic Surgery, Dermatology and Lasers is extremely visual, interactive, and requires a great deal of hand-eye coordination and precision. Voila:)

I decided in my last year of college. Prior to that, I was interested in pursuing a PHD in Psychology. While I was at the University of Pennsylvania, I took courses in the Biologic Basis of Behavior and I decided I was more interested in pursuing Medical training. I am glad I made the switch because I love what I do and cannot imagine doing anything else.

Every chance I could get I would experiment in different media. Art is so freeing.

I enjoy learning all the techniques of my craft. And the transformations are fun!

People love to ask me questions. Everyone is curious about what’s new in Cosmetic Surgery, Dermatology and Lasers and what would work for them.
