Although sun damage cannot be completely reversed, the pigmentary changes, laxity, and risks associated with it can be. You can also prevent future sun damage by wearing daily sunscreen (SPF 30 and above), using a topical antioxidant like Vitamin C, and taking a retinoid at night.
