We’ll also examine your face and neck to confirm you are a candidate for Ultherapy, as well as take a full medical history. Even though Ultherapy is a quick, outpatient procedure, it’s important that we know your medical history to confirm you won’t have any allergies to the numbing agent your physician’s assistant will apply prior to your treatment session, or to any oral medication you may be prescribed to provide you with optimal comfort during your session.

On the day of your treatment, you’ll arrive at our office makeup-free, ready to get that skin looking tighter and more toned! Your physician’s assistant will apply the numbing agent to your treatment areas and, if you desire, you’ll have the option of taking prescription medication for additional comfort, with the only limitation being that you won’t be able to drive yourself home after your treatment session.

Ultherapy treatments can last between 30 to 90 minutes, depending on how much skin is being targeted. You can expect to see the beginning results of your treatment about 2 to 3 months after your session as your outer layers of skin begin to exfoliate, and your final results about 6 months after your treatment.
